Was the Giants win last year a fluke?

I am a Giants fan and was thrilled with their win last year. However, I am also realistic and know my team. Is this something I should expect this year, meaning another win? Whose in this with me??

At age 31 after 9 seasons in the NFL after 22,422 yard that he threw for and 142 touchdowns 3 time probowler at one time being rank the number two QB in the league should he have retired?
