lovebugjess @SHOHANA well dollar is more clear and understandable than bitcoin, there are so many instructions and processes in transferring bitcoin. aside from that there are also sometimes a third party involve when you want to convert it in dollar

lovebugjess i had cash out bitcoin lately by using okpay, but then there is a huge transaction fee. sometimes we have to wait 2 to 3 days after the transfer is complete.

lovebugjess @jayaramas no i don't skip on foods before six pm i have to eat, In my observance when i eat at night i am experiencing heart burn, then my husband said i snore a lot. so i decided not to eat after six pm.

lovebugjess yes taebo was a great exercise for me, i started taebo when i was in High school. It really make my heart pumping and make my body sweating a lot. I want to try Muay Thai too.

lovebugjess yes we gain a lot of extra pounds we can't help it. There are lots of foods and we can't resist that only means we have to control our food intake. Aside from that a 45 minutes of exercise can give us a day started full of energy
