I have a hard time getting to sleep... all the time.

I find it hard to fall asleep at night. It frustrates me because no matter what I do (not really much believe me.) I can never get to sleep. I always have to stay awake all night, then go to bed at like 5 - 8pm so I can get back...

lozislove haha. well it's good I haven't had any soft drink yet, but its not good I still can't sleep! hehe.

lozislove I actually do drink soft drinks, but not usually at night time. I've been drinking water a lot a night. Hmmm I think I'll try and not have any before bed. ^^;;

lozislove Aw poor you, poor me lol. I'm usually calm and relaxed most of the time. Sometimes I worry and think about a lot of stuff as well, though even if I'm not worried or thinking heaps I still get the same problem though.
