lozislove I either watch tv or listen to the radio. I haven't had the radio on in a while lately, so I've had a lot of trouble sleeping. But yeah, the radio always helped me fall asleep.

lozislove I actually do drink soft drinks, but not usually at night time. I've been drinking water a lot a night. Hmmm I think I'll try and not have any before bed. ^^;;

lozislove Aw poor you, poor me lol. I'm usually calm and relaxed most of the time. Sometimes I worry and think about a lot of stuff as well, though even if I'm not worried or thinking heaps I still get the same problem though.
