luckyattraction that's great. Praying even as you are lying in bed is akin to meditation and relaxing. A state of mind that is perfect for prayer, I'm sure. Thank you for your response. Happy mylotting :-)

luckyattraction awww momtrying. In our jet-speed lifestyles, even sparing a thought for others is a great thing, I'm sure :-) You are doing good already by praying for your friends here who are in need. God bless

luckyattraction thank you, mommyboo. that was very informative. I didnt know you could use a tanning bed that way. i do turn on the infrared lamp at times to give me a soothing feeling, but havent tried the tanning salon yet. will do that some day.

luckyattraction yeah same here, savak. in london, one doesnt get enough sunshine and it gets horribly cold even on apparently sunny days because of wind speed or whatever else they call it. i find it hard to even smile on those days. thanks for your reply :)
