How can we deal with pressure in study?

It seems that we can't aviod pressure when stepping from one area to the other,though it appears very natural to us students. What's your attitude towards pressure in study? Is there any better way to deal with it?

luweiping yes,I agree with you .I am a student in an university . I also have pressure ,not only studying .I don't think anyone can aviod pressure .On the other hand ,no pressure ,no progress!
