I realized I have gained a lot of weight. So I started doing some situps and crunches. Now my whole body is on fire. Lifting my leg is a disaster. I hope I will be able to follow the routine to the later. It's so boring.

Lydia Kamau I was thinking about it. But, am comforting myself I will loose a little then I will go back to the field because right now am too heavy to jog..hehe

Lydia Kamau @dpk262006 its like everything I do depend solely on electricity. So first it was on a weekend I got time to hang out with old friends of mine and I went for swimming of-course.
