Long Distance Relationship

Being in a Long distance relationship is okay. However, at times, it becomes tough to stick to an LDR relationship, because you doubt if the same feeling still exists between the two of you.

For me it's hard to lose weight,, I can't avoid dieting,.but I did for having good health.

Lynn Wow,, that's good. Walking is the easiest way of exercise.

Lynn More on fruits and vegetables on table, then minimI've eating food lots of carbs,,, Then regular exercise ??
