What do you do before you sleep?

I always wash my face, brush my teeth and read bible before I sleep and pray. But sometimes when I'm too tired I go straight to my bed not to do all the things should I do before I sleep but even I'm too sleepy I always pray...

magnesiur I usually fluff my pillows up, put my headphones in and listen to some music. Ahh, a good night's sleep (:
