mahmooh the worst day of my life was the day that my baby son passed away... it was too hard feeling.. but thx GOD for everything.... but sometimes I think may be somethings could happen worst than losing someone you loved... I don't know...??

mahmooh for me i use green tea ( drink & pills ) it works but needs time, walk , dance, laugh :)
