many of my friends told me to switch to menthol if i have been used to smoking red butt cigarettes.. they said it's less evil, less nicotine, and i will lose my appetite with cigarettes because i am not used to it.. don't you...

do you think vegetarianism is healthy? i had been a vegan for 7 months but i quit because alot of people said, it would just make me weaker.. but, i guess they're wrong.. what do you think? help me decide please..

i really couldn't move my bowel when i don't smoke... i couldn't finish or even start to write if i wasn't smoking.. whenever i'm in a very deep intellectual discussion, i smoke a lot.. when i'm drinking beer, i light up another...

i had quit smoking for four months but when a friend offered me a stick of cigarrete after having a glutonous lunch, i started to smoke again. it's been three months since then.
