do you think vegetarianism is healthy? i had been a vegan for 7 months but i quit because alot of people said, it would just make me weaker.. but, i guess they're wrong.. what do you think? help me decide please..

maiah_lorena i'm interested about yoga or Qigong.. can you tell me more about it? do they really help? im into adventure racing. can being a vegetarian reduces my strength in enduring extrenuous activities?

maiah_lorena i am very much inspired by your information.. how about being physically active like playing a 24-hour adventure race? do you think i can survive if i'll be vegetarian again and just constantly take vitamin B12?

maiah_lorena you have to engage in sports or mountain climbing or any activity that requires endurance especially of your respiratory system. i have tried that in 6 months.. so, in 6 months i hadn't smoked. unfortunately, since i quit being physically active, i again smoke...

i really couldn't move my bowel when i don't smoke... i couldn't finish or even start to write if i wasn't smoking.. whenever i'm in a very deep intellectual discussion, i smoke a lot.. when i'm drinking beer, i light up another...

maiah_lorena yeah, i really think that i am addicted to cigarettes.. so it seems that you don't smoke. can you tell me your reasons so i will be discouraged sooner or later..

i had quit smoking for four months but when a friend offered me a stick of cigarrete after having a glutonous lunch, i started to smoke again. it's been three months since then.
