Do you know what really makes you happy? "Happiness seems less a matter of getting what you want than of how you feel about what you have." You can't change the set point much but you can do some things that allow you to bounce...

makeawish I'm happy when at the end of the day I stop and think "that was a good day". Usually it will mean I will have laughed lots and achieved something important to me.

Paper on sweets

I recall as a youngster eating certain sweets with the paper still on them, I think because a friend had told me that you could. Was I being 'had on', or does anyone else recall eating sweets with the paper on?

Do you still see stars in the sky nowadays? I cant even remember when is the last time I saw a star in the skies. Im living in the city so the place is kinda filled with buildings and pollution so its impossible for me to see...
