I am 23 years old. Since last a few weeks, I have notice hair fall. It is around 20-40 hairs a day when I counted. Is it normal or I should consult to the doctor.?

joy mines about 50 a day and no, i didnt count it. i just guessed its around that many. i did switch shampoo that has hairfall on it and it worked. now, its just around 5 strands. that one i counted.
