Is it possible to say i love you to some1 you're not in love?

try to reflect this phrase, " i love you but i'm not in love you.." It does make sense right? In my own observation,there are instances in a relationship that a person may say he or she loves the partner but is not anymore willing...

mansanas yes saying i love you nowadays is overused..but still i am one of the lucky living being that says and does it honestly..(",)

mansanas yes i got your point. Thank you for that. But what i am trying to impose is the love between lover and not between friends. A very emotional person would easily care and love someone even if he or she isnt in love..

mansanas How could you say its fake? Its reality. u may feel the feeling of love..but you're not in love with the person. you're not capable of being committed or getting in a relationship with him..FAKE would be not loving at all.
