decilious ice cream and losing weight

I love ice cream very much,but I am a little fat,eating ice cream will,absolutely gain my weight.It is really a upsetting problem.Is there any kind of ice cream that can not increase our weight.

maple12345 You are quite right.It is not ice cream that make me fat,but much ice cream that make me fat.when I decide to eat some ,it is hard for me to have just as little as half cup ice cream.
