all of them are scams anyway, so don't invest in them, even if you do, and earn big, the FBI will be after you.

marcuma True HYIPs are NOT illegal in the United States. What is illegal are Ponzi schemes. What makes most of the programs risky, is the fact that you do not know if it's a ponzi scheme or not. To say that a person will get in trouble by participating is...
