ayris77 I suggest you to try to just drink everyday and eat only bread,without any others food!Make it for 3- 7 days.A guess you will miss to eat meat or fish again!

Calais WOW thats a massive decision. I would talk to your doctor to see what you need. There are so many things that need to be supplimented that you cannot get from vegetarian foods...Good Luck with it..
