marguicha Lately I can only make food for a few people. And it tires me out a lot. This year I offered Dixie to make different dips for appetizers. I can do that in advance.

marguicha Enjoy. The older we get, the more difficult it is to make food for our guests. I used to be able to make food for 30 or more people and now 9 people is a lot.

marguicha Tania will have Daniel and Diego with her this Christmas. I will not go to her house, not now, not ever. She lives in a tiny house in the south and last year the bus trip was more than what I could bear although I paid for the most expensive seats.

marguicha @porwest I know what you mean. What I do is to place the chicken in the place farthest away from the fire. I confess that I don´t much eat grilled chicken. I prefer red meat or pork. And I never eat grilled hamburguers either.
