Do you find it hard to go to sleep when it is hot

I have a problem trying to get to sleep when it is soo hot as i find it soo hard to get comfortable to begin with.All i seem to do is toss and turn and end up only getting a few hours sleep of a night time.

markekenie It is hard for me to sleep when its hot imagine while you were sleeping also you are sweating and you can't relax yourself and your mind because you were disturb by the heat.

markekenie hands is one of the dirtiest part in our body so I washed my hands properly before and after I eat

would you prefer reading hard copies or soft copies?
