marktheman I've given myself a good kick up the back side (not literally, that's impossible, not to mention painful) and I've decided to sort through the development folder and either delete or finish all the project.

marktheman yeah, i suppose so. ill just have to explain to him that there are certain requirements for the job and he just doesnt have the skills. if he can learn the skills, i might be able to hire him.

marktheman I know what an IQ is, I just wanted to know what other people had. Maybe I phrased my inital post wrong: I meant is as in what do you think of 140, and what are your IQ's.
