over come depression

i'm not an open person. i feel difficulty in over coming depression i have. i'm already trying to do meditation, self hypnoteraphy, etc. seems like no effect. i don't know what i really want and i feel like all alone in this world...

People who stand up for their rights and being and staying as they are, loyal to their ideals and principles are lonley. what do you think about it and how can you stay yourself and dont lose in the way the persons you love so...
