Drinking water from tap or mineral?

We drink water from the tap in our home,our city water are very teasty and clean. We also have Britta filter for water and keep water in bottle's in our refrigerator.What about you?

mastermindkk well we use tap water but before using it for drinking we use uv filter to filter and kill any germs in it.

mastermindkk if you go by age than in my opinion for males between 25- 30 for females 21- 26 i mention lower age of females as they become mature earlier than males and apart from age concept .. the right age is when you are able to earn that much that is enough...

mastermindkk i can suggest what i adopted i done 2 things 1. i balanced my daily diet by consuming all necessary nutrients that is needed in a typical day 2. doing regular exercise ... i opted swimming .. i do 30 mins regular swimming as an exercise
