How do you do it?

I can't for the life of me do the splits. If I ever try my legs won't spread far enough and it sometimes hurt. Give me some good tips on how to accomplish this feat.

matronix I use Nokia's SYMBIAN since I own a mobile phone, I think it's the best in terms of flexibility (loads of programs) and performance (nokia= market leader) In terms of efficiency I think iphone os is the best because of it's ultra fast response times Hope...
