I've always loved the sport but I never dare to start classes in the past. I been practicing it for about 3 months now and I enjoy it a lot. Best desition ever. It would be so good to connect with fellow pole dancers on the site...

Polegirl That's amazing! I hope it finds it's way in your country is actually a great way to get fit and to have fun at the same time. I find gyms boring so this keeps me from being a couch potato.

Polegirl That's amazing! I hope it finds it's way in your country is actually a great way to get fit and to have fun at the same time. I find gyms boring so this keeps me from being a couch potato.

Polegirl Hi, well this actually improves your flexibility. At the moment I'm not very flexible too but I've been working hard and I'm starting to see results!

Polegirl @luisadannointed well that's good too! I love books as well but mostly the fantasy type. Maybe you should recommend me some of your favorites.

Polegirl Well you should definitely try it. I was scared at first but is so fun and... cheap! some people see it as a taboo activity but it has evolved so much that I don't see why people keep thinking in a bad way about it.
