Sugar on your skin...Good, bad or just plain stupid?

I think using a facial scrub at least every other day is a good thing to do for your face. Gets all the dry, dead skin off, leaves a clean skin and all. I use Olay scrub/cleanser as Olay has been the only brand I have ever used...
