mayan_012285 you should try sensodyne coz im using it if i have swollen gums. my granmothr uses it coz its for sensitive gums. maybe you should go to your dentist and have it checked. maybe its not about the toothpaste but about your gums.. hope it helps... :)

mayan_012285 i guess it is not a habit but more of an addiction. i cant go through a day without coffee and i want to stop drinking it already. yet i find it really difficult because my job entails me to be always awake. hehe and coffee keeps me awake. :)
