ok ive been a smoker for about 8 years now.. i have quit once for about 6 months and the only way i quit was because i got sick and couldnt stand the smell or taste.. well anyway im trying to quit again and i am having trouble...

maz323 u have a very good point there Perry.. I use to enjoy smoking but lately i just dont want to anymore.. i had cut down then alot of trouble started and i started smoking more again.. i have to quit coz its something i want to do but i just cant seem to do it..
