mazhark yes very good post i think we always do such thing which force us and makes us un happy these things are part of aur life we do not leave these things for surviving life.

mazhark thats not good habit that eating too late. wake early and breakfast early because it is good for your health and eat food which is good for your health.it as much as you want but not too much.
