Haven't worked out in years, and it shows and I feel it how would I go about starting a work out program -- I do have a step, weider weight bench and a total gym and how about a food program

mcgovern06 I don't hover over them and watch them sleep but I do check in on them and every once in a while they will have such a lovely angelic content look that I do pause and give thanks that I have many blessings to be thankful for (they are all happy, healthy...
