I am sick and tired of this, i have ran virus scanners, spybots and nothing is ever found, but yet i keep getting returned mails i didnt send, literally 1000's of them. I don't want to close my email account. Please help if you...

I was diagnosed with it 2 years ago, when i passed out from multiple pe's. My siblings and my children have all been tested and all are positive but have not mutated. I kinda feel terrible that i have passed this on to my children...
