Since couple of months my husband having severe muscle pain.Doctor is saying he has vitamin deficiency in C,D and E.One guy told may be because of diabetics. His blood report shows a low vitamin D level. How can we increase the...

My friend told me about the form filling projects that the mobile companies provide their customer registration forms are provided to individuals to make those soft copies.Is it true? Anybody heard of this?
