meetxty what i do is to ready my bible and say my prayers, but sometimes i watch tv or play video game.

meetxty what i do when i am depressed is to go on my knee and talk to God in prayer in order for him to give me direction, after that i will go to a friend or go to see some of my church member, with this i can over come all depression
