Sleep for hours and still tired?

Its been like that since I was little. Even if I get 10 hours of sleep through the night and nap for an hour or two during the day, I am still low on energy and on some days absolutly exhausted. Does anyone know why that could...

mena416 That could very well be it. I have a 5 month old son so I'm so busy with him during the day that I never have a decent meal. And I know I never ate very well as a child. I was a very picky eater.
