messsmg I think we can take some hours from chatting and put them in "doing something else" side (sport, reading, meeting with friends or just lazing around). It's more easy to open YM or Skype and chat then getting up from our chair and going out. Instead of spending...

messsmg Maybe we should start selling this method as a diet one :D. Not very healthy but sure works good.
