mgmgnyeinzaw We sleep 6 hrs every day. So, we use a quarter of life to sleep. We can only use 3/4 of our life for work or aims. I think we should sleep 6 hrs for a day to save our life time. But I sleep 6,7 or 8 hrs in a day and it varies depend on my study time.
