miasee Well,my parents always told me "not easy being a parents" when i was a kids.I must keep in mind of that words.It is true-not easy being a parents,they have work hard to raised me,teach me and give me shelter =)

How to release pressure?

I felt great pressure these days and don't know how to release. Anybody here have good method to relax? Maybe my work was too busy last week. However, though this week I'm free, I still feel tired and despired. What can I do?
