When I got home from my job (as a call center agent), I always hungry and sleepy! But I prefer to sleep first! Why? I work in grave yard shift. Sometimes I felt like I'm not a normal human being because of being deprived to sleep....

micahbrul I experienced that as well when I worked in grave yard shift at Jollibee Bluewave before in my college days. I rather have some sleep than eating anything. I just felt pitty and deserve to have some rest.

My brother takes sleeping tablets and has done for a long time.Other friends of mine also take pills to help with their sleep but were only given them for a short period of time to get them into a bedtime routine.

micahbrul Yeah,, I had foldable one. Before I don't want to bring umbrella until I got irritated with the sunlight it burns my skin. Until I decided to buy one and just bring it with me in my bag wherever I go. Whenever unexpected rain come I'm prepared. lol!
