michianone1 Maybe he just got used to it. :) If you work in a call center, you need to be patient. Everyday, you might encounter someone who is really upset and irate. An agent will be lucky enough if the customer said sorry after.

michianone1 I agree with you. Don't take it personal. There are really times that there are people or customers who talks rudely and really irate. Just give your best to assist the customer.
