Do you like Junk food or fast food? Since you know they are unhealthy and lack of nutriction,why you continue eating this kind of food,what attract you most? Could you share with us?

lulu1220 While I eat healthy most of the time, I occasionally will eat junk food and/or fast food. Then it makes me feel sick and then I remember why I try to avoid it.

lulu1220 Yes you can get a cheap meal at these places, but your health is the ultimate cost. You can gain weight on top of inviting a heart attack or having your cholesterol increase. I eat at these places rarely.

lulu1220 I love coffee! So I love to go to these places. Not only to drink coffee, but to smell it too. The aroma of coffee is wonderful. I also enjoy going to bookstores that have coffeeships in them. It makes me never want to leave.

lulu1220 In the past, I used to eat a lot of food when I was depressed or stressed out. I still do today, but not as much. I know I will feel much worse later (upset stomach, full) so I try to think about that before I eat something bad.

I am going out on a reunion with old buddies and I want to look fresh and vibrant. I have dark skin tone and rarely use a make up. How can I make my skin appear refreshing. Any suggestion?

lulu1220 Don't overdo it. Maybe just some mascara, a little blush and some lip gloss. If it is a night time event, maybe a little more.

I have a very sensitive nose. I can sometimes smell things before others do. Unfortunately some people just wear too much perfume/cologne/aftershave and it makes me nauseous and gives me a headache. I guess I am bring this up...

lulu1220 I have never had cold food, but I have had bad service. It is one thing for a waiter or waitress to take a while to come to your table when it is crowded, but there is no excuse when it is slow.
