Worst restaurant experience

I have never had cold food, but I have had bad service. It is one thing for a waiter or waitress to take a while to come to your table when it is crowded, but there is no excuse when it is slow.

My father and I once went to a restaurant where we got cold food. Their slogan was: "If you are satisfied with your food let your friends know. If you are not satisfied with your food let us know" but when we told them about the cold food, they were pretty rude. I haven't been there since that way. I have also been to a buffet restaurant where most of the food was cold. The restaurant was almost empty, and I few days after I was there, the restaurant closed, so I guess there were ther people than me who weren't satisfied.

Hello neelu Thats too bad friend, i too hate cold food, i normally avoid eating food outside, in home it is always right from the oven, when we go for eating outside, we ask them to prepare our orderd items, it is prepared and served HOT, though it takes time... Hello Sweetneelu. We went out for a meal a couple of weeks ago and had to complain, we won't be going there again. We received a menu through our letterbox and decided to give the place a go. When we ordered we waited quite a long time then the waitress brought one meal, that meal was only luke warm as if it had been sitting around for a while. She told us the other one would be ready in about ten minutes. Well the whole idea was to eat together so we paid for our drinks and left.

as far as i can remember.. the worst restaurant experience i had was being served with foods that i didn't order and i wasn't able to to changed it because it has already been paid.. It has been the cashier's fault.., because she was not listening attentively to what i've been ordering.., and i hated her that time..hahaha
