Does anyone have a good recipe that can be made using common ingredients that are in everybody's fridge? I prefer meals that don't take much time and isn't as difficult. I also don't like spicy foods so if you could exclude that...

mickeynomouse I would first of all like to thank you for being the only serious response on here it is much appreciated. Also Thanks for the soup and casserole ideas it's really helpful. Things in my fridge change constantly since I'm not a consistent person.

mickeynomouse Thank you that website is really helpful! Also I would do meals on wheels because it sounds like a great cause, but I don't have my drivers license yet so maybe the next summer I can do that.
