hahahaha i was once on your shoe before my friend ^_+ If you want to get rid of it, well you will decide it yourself. When you find changes physicaly, weight decreases, you will have headache, eyebags ecause lack of sleep etc....

some are in the stage to where they are almost to hit the mark of being in a succesfuL momentum, but somehow being drag down because of some reasons behind.... hahahahaha i was on their shoe, i was almost there but i fell down....
