mikesan1190 Hi Shar19 I do tend to wash my face in the morning but I wash it with regular face and body wash soap. Is that helping clean my skin at all? Oh and by the way after I finish washing my face with that, I then apply a little face lotion. What do you think should...

mikesan1190 I agree with you 100%, but when you say content with yourself do you mean accepting who they are? Because I know alot of people who dont and that is what stops them from enjoying life.
