My left foot is swollen from the ankle down (though not so obvious): its not painful and i can still wear my shoes. But what could be responsible please?

minty3 None of this happened. Just suspecting tight shoes and sitting for too long. My job involves sitting always, what can i do to avoid swelling on my foot.
