missy888 even if im dieting i cant live eating just 3x a day! i eat almost every 2 hrs but i make sure that its realatively small calorie foods (like less than 100 kcal). I believe that its better eating as many times as you want as long as youre eating the right stuff...

missy888 I regularly use facial masks and creams and usually used japanese brands like shiseido, sekkisei, kose and SKII.. im asian and im very much into wanting to make my skin whiter... yeah, i know its weird! i really like SKII bec it actually works for me though...
