How frequent are your meals?

Do you strictly eat 3 meals a day or do you graze on small snacks throughout the day?
Is this because you are busy or do you have a plan to lose weight by eating this way?
I get hungry very quickly so I prefer to snack frequently. If I'm hungry in between meals I'll be happy to eat a banana in between or even half a sandwich. I've never understood how people can just eat 3 meals a day! How do you eat?

I try to stick to three meals a day but i usually dont; i eat when im hungey. It might not be the most healthy things especialy since i end up eating at 9 or 10 at times.

I usually grab a bite to eat (eat to bite, bite to ear...hehe, love the Terminal with Tom Hanks)
around 2 in the am and do not eat another meal until around 7 pm. I am in the habit however of picking at things that I make for others... like hubbies home meal and packed meal.

I eat about 6 meals a day but I'm skinny and I guess my stomach is small. I get hungry again fast!

I have 3 regular meals a day and then 2 to 3 snacks throughout the day. I have managed to lose weight this way and to keep myself alive through the day as well. I eat breakfast every morning and then two hours later, a snack. Two hours later, it's lunchtime. Another two hours and it's time for another snack. Dinner is when dinner is... can't always be exactly two hours. Sometimes, depending on how well I've done the rest of the day, I will have another snack about two hours after dinner. I eat this way to lose weight AND also to keep myself from sleeping the day away. Changes in nutrition due to weight loss leave me feeling a little tired so the snacks help to boost my energy as long as I eat the proper foods.

I think I eat 5 times- breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. LOL and I am trying to lose weight as I notice that I gained some weight after the carbo overload diet last week- I have a lot to burn now hahaha I am not totally figure conscious, but you know sometimes I feel bloated and I am getting lazy to do some things.

I ate three times. Sometimes more than that. I dont folloew it strictly. I just take note of the foods that I eat. It should be more fruits and water than junk foods.

I normally eat twice a day. Sometimes only once but usually twice.
My hubby is the same way. He'll eat something a lot of times before goes to work and then dinner when he gets home. He does sometimes snack during the day too.

I am pretty much unable to plan out my meal schedules given the weird hours I work. I eat anywhere between 3 and 6 times per day depending on my hours. Between the physical nature of my job and the fact that I am eating more smaller meals, I am losing weight quite nicely without really trying to do so.

I never eat three meals a day but sometimes I would like to. we cannot afford to sometimes and alot of times we are never awake during the hours to eat three meals. I work about 15 hours a day on and offline and my husband works 8 hours at night. We only eat one meal a day together but we do snack around sometimes. I would love to have a real schedule and more money to eat more than once per day but then I may gain alot more weight too, not sure.

I tend to eat three meals a day and snack in between. I don't eat large meals usually, so I tend to have a snack in between the meals. I wish I could eat a little bit healthier but since to eat healthier is more expensive, I usually don't get to eat the way that I would like too.

i eat when i am hungry. but most of the time my meals are like 3 or 2 x a day only.when i snack n between these meals those are just small meals or a piece of small chocolate. :)
i get to eat less when i have work cause i do not have much time to buy my food and i get too busy to even feel i am hungry at times.

I eat a big meal for breakfast about a 800 to a 1000 calories of bacon and eggs. Then I eat small low car snacks whenever I am hungry until dinner time when I eat another big meal. The price you pay for eating a low carb diet is you often aren't hungry enough to eat everything you should.

in the philipines i was eating 3 meal and snacks in between called merienda..
now im in America i only eat 3 meals with nothing in between

It's actually allot better to eat smaller snacks through the day and make the main meals smaller because this greatly increases your metabolism. I myself don't really have time for snacking i have the three main designated meals because i am working all day and have set times to eat. not enough hours in the day i tell you.

even if im dieting i cant live eating just 3x a day! i eat almost every 2 hrs but i make sure that its realatively small calorie foods (like less than 100 kcal). I believe that its better eating as many times as you want as long as youre eating the right stuff and the right proportion than eating three 500 meals a day. btw, this really works for me because i make sure all those litte snacks doesnt add up to more than 1200 kcal for me. :)

I've started after 6 diet before wherein I would not eat after 6 o'clock. I was able to follow it for like two weeks but eventually failed. What I did is this , I ate breakfast,lunch, dinner in between or after those three. But I only ate small portions and also I watch what I eat. Like no soda,chips generally junkfood. Because I cannot really stop eating especially at night like when you are watching TV. I usually ,munch oatmeal bars , fruit, sandwich.
