terri0824 @mildredtabitha I just diced them up and then added isopropyl alcohol 70% enough to cover them up in a small jar. Good to use in a week. It is used for pain and it is ONLY for external use.

terri0824 I have spent about that much for a pillow. It helps me be more comfortable, as others made my neck hurt. I find with regular pillows I have sleep apnea issues, so this type of pillow helps to prevent it.
