No, instead we help them. People have dilemma about that. I have never offer any coin to any beggar, but my conscience say differently. They are people who have nothing in their lives and suffer bad times while they have to go to school.

yes we encourage beggars when we give them money. they are not working hard for it. some beggars are still strong and can work but what they do, they just lie down in the streets and beg for money. hey, we work hard for it. right.
