mkayzee i would say the poor person becuase they have the desire and willingness to learn. Because they are poor they would work harder to make sure they can provide for their family, and if within the job trainng is provided then that person has more desire to suceed...

mkayzee well ive got 1 child already so i do want a second child, i think having two is complete especially if its a boy and girl got best of both worlds
